PRICING

Nelson Bros. charges time and material plus a trip charge for all plumbing repairs.  We offer flat rate pricing for sewer/drain cleaning and new plumbing installations.  The trip charge, plumbing fixture, parts, and equipment are included in the flat rate price respectively.  Need an estimate?

 WARRANTY DETAILS

WARRANTY VALID – Monday thru Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM

  • One-year warranty on parts and labor for the new installation of Nelson Bros. provided fixtures.
  • (90) Ninety-day warranty on labor only for customer provided parts and/or fixtures. No warranty on customer provided parts and/or fixtures. Manufacturers warranty separate.
  • (90) Ninety-day warranty on residential plumbing repairs and drain cleaning unless otherwise stated by technician.

Warranty may be reduced or eliminated on sewer cleaning due to excessive roots, foreign objects, sewers in need of repair or replacement, and sewers greater than 100 feet in length without an additional cleanout.

No warranty on commercial drains, toilet augers, urinal augers, and roof vents. Valid Warranties limited to one return visit within the specified warranty.
